Making a reservation
Reservations can be made year-round via telephone (207.288.1234 or toll-free 866.782.9224) from 8am to 10pm ET. You may also use our online reservation request form. We will process your request promptly and contact you as requested.

Method of payment
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks and cash. Rates are for double-occupancy. Additional Maine 7% lodging tax applies.

What is included?
Our famous three-course gourmet breakfast. Complimentary beverages and snacks in our Guest Pantry. Free wireless Internet access for those with compatible notebooks.

Deposit
Required to complete a reservation. A stay of less than three nights requires the full room rate for a deposit. Stays of three nights or greater require a 50% deposit. Reservations are normally made with a valid credit card. If desired, personal checks may be used for your deposit. Checks must be received within seven days of making your reservation and must be secured with a credit card until receipt.

Minimum stay
Two-night stay requested. Three-night stay may be required during holiday weekends.

Smoking
We offer a completely smoke-free environment.

Children
Our guests expect a relaxing adult atmosphere. The Inn is not appropriate for children under 12. No child under 18 may occupy a room overnight without a parent present.

Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.

Notice of cancellation
If your plans change, notify us via telephone a minimum of 21 days prior to your original reservation date. If you cancel prior to this time, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee per reserved room. If you cancel a portion of a reservation prior to this time there will be a $25.00 processing fee. If you cancel a portion of your reservation within the 21 day notice period you will still be responsible for those date(s) unless we can rebook them. Deposits charged on non-North American credit cards may incur an additional cancellation fee due to higher bank processing charges.

Cancellations made via email are not accepted.

Forfeiture of deposit
Cancellations within the 21-day cancellation period will result in forfeiture of deposit. If you cancel before the 21-day cancellation period and reschedule later in the season, that reservation is thereafter non-refundable.

Check-in is from 3pm to7pm. If you need an earlier check-in time, please call us 24 hours before and we will try to accommodate your request. Late check-in after 10pm requires arrangement prior to your day of travel. Check-out is at 11am.
